So hello welcome to the journal! I am well aware that summer is almost over but I have been bored and I have also finished the classes I had to do for the summer so I decided to channel all that nerd energy into this silly little project. Which is based off of my original neocities website layout.
“So what has Kiro been up to?” you may or may not be asking. (I mean you clicked on this link) Well I pass the classes I had to do this summer with flying colors.

Shenanigans
I went to the movie theater and watched inside out 2. I'd say it was a pretty good movie, I quite like it. The other day I went to the store along with my mother a and my sister. At the last store we went to while we were about to check out at the cash register we witnessed two women just leave and still what I would say is at least a couple $100.00 of merchandise. I honestly thought the audacity they had to just come in and shoplift in plain view of loss prevention was funny. (Internally of course I mind my own business most of the time) Mother did not think it was funny but either way we went home soon after.
Eyes and ears
Over the past few months I've noticed that my eyesight has gotten worse and now I have trouble seeing things that are far away especially text. Originally, I wasn't sure what to do about this because I was scared to tell anybody about it since I'm relatively young and I didn't think anybody would believe me about the fact that I can't make out some text or details from far away. So, after a long while I did finally muster up the courage to tell my mother about it and surprisingly, she believed me. She told one of her friends who is a nurse if there was something we could do about it because I haven't gotten my eyes checked in a while due to there not being that many good options for optometrists in my area that are covered by insurance. She was able to get me a referral so hopefully in a month's time we'll be able to see what's going on with my eyeballs. Hopefully it is not anything too bad.
I know this section is called eyes and ears but there is nothing with wrong my ears so don't worry about it. I just wanted to share that I bought some earplugs that are reusable that kind of look like headphones which have helped make life a little easier for me. During get togethers or just in general in the outside world there is usually loud sounds music things like that things which if it's loud enough hurt my ears. The earplugs have helped me with that because even though I can still hear it doesn't make my ears ringing and I can still hear the people around me that I otherwise might would not have been able to if I were to just be wearing my headphones. It's also helped during the many storms that have happened these past few days where sometimes the Thunder gets annoyingly loud and keeps interrupting me when I'm almost completely asleep. They come in this cute little case which I have attached to my lanyard so I don't misplace them and can take them along with me.
